Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a professional service to resolve disputes outside of court. ADR is a confidential process controlled by the parties and mediator. ADR costs less than going to court and takes place as fast as the parties want it to.

ADR includes mediation or arbitration. Ari Kaplan is a mediator, i.e. he facilitates negotiations between parties and representatives to consensually resolve issues. He is also an arbitrator and acts like a judge, hears a case and writes a binding decision resolving the dispute.
